Is the free plan really free?
Yes. Up to 50 subscribers and 1 broadcast every 7 days, every feature, no card, free forever. Arrival posts and store posts count. Hold texts and welcome, HELP, and STOP replies do not. Posts go out immediately. Use them on your next shipment and see what your regulars do.
What counts as a text?
One text is one message to one subscriber. So one arrivals text to 300 members uses 300 texts.
What if I have more than 50 subscribers, or I want to post more than once a week?
Joins are still accepted. Free posts go to your first 50 subscribers. Upgrade anytime to reach everyone and post whenever you want, up to 1,500 texts a month. You only add a card when you upgrade.
Annual or monthly?
Annual is $300 a year, which works out to $25 a month. Monthly is $39 a month. Same features, same 1,500 texts a month.
What if I send more than 1,500 texts in a month?
Extra texts are $0.02 each. Your dashboard shows how many you’ve used, so there are no surprises.
Are there setup or carrier fees?
